摘要
研究了聚氯乙烯生产过程中的节能降耗问题,有针对性的对入料过程、反应时长和换热设备应用等方面进行了优化,通过实施一系列措施,有效的降低了生产能耗,节约了生产成本。
The innovation about energy saving and consumption reduction in the production of polycinyl chloride was introduced.The energy consumption was reduced through implementing measures about feeding process,reaction time andaoolication of heat exchanger.
