介绍了电石生产中带式输送机作为输送电石系统主要设备的优点,从现场实践和日常运行中分析了皮带输送机发生故障的原因,并提出解决方案,提高皮带输送机运输效率的同时,节约了维修成本。
This paper introduces the advantages and functions of belt conveyor in calcium carbide production,analyses the causes of belt conveyor failure from field practice and daily operation,and puts forward specific solutions and treatment measures to improve the transport efficiency of belt conveyor and save maintenance costs.
