摘要
囿于经济法学课程的特殊性,当前我国经济法实践教学的目标与卓越法律人才的培养目标存在差距,实践教学缺乏系统规划,软硬件环境和师资队伍水平有待进一步提升,实践教学基地的建设不能满足经济法实践教学的需要。为此,我国经济法实践教学应以培养应用型、复合型的多样化法律职业人才为目标,从内容体系、保障体系、管理体系和评价体系四个方面对经济法实践教学进行系统规划,建立四个常态化的机制来打造一支高水平的实践教学师资队伍。
Owing to the special nature of the economic law curriculum, there is a gap between the goal of current economic law practice teaching and excellent legal talents training goal. The Planning of practice teaching, software and hardware environment and the level of teaching staff need to be further promoted, the construction of practical teaching base cannot meet the needs. Therefor,the economic law practice teaching should be based on the cultivation of applied and diversified legal professional talents. We should plan systematically from content, security, management and evaluation, and establish four normal mechanisms to build a high level staff of practice teaching.
