Study on Training Module of Practical Ability for Undergraduate Students Majoring in Psychology at Moral University——A Case of Jilin Normal University

师范类心理学本科专业学生就业难,就业率偏低,主要原因是心理学专业学生专业实践能力欠缺。要提升师范类心理学本科专业学生的实践能力水平,不仅要制定相应的科学合理的培养方案,还要制定保证培养方案能达到预定效果的辅助策略。

It is difficult for undergraduate students majoring in psychology at the normal universities to find a job and the employment rate is low. The main reason is lack of practical ability. To promote students' practical ability should establish not only scientific and reasonable training plan but also the supplementary strategies to ensure the expected effect of the training plan.
