摘要
美国高校所实施的职前教师教育项目已培养出了许多优秀外语教师,对美国经验的学习将有利于我国中小学外语教师整体质量的提高。基于美国的经验,新型的中小学外语教师培养培训模式可由以下几部分组成:观念更新+政策引领+系统模块化课程+任务反思型课堂教学+多维一体递进式实习+研训一体继续教育+多元互动专业学习共同体。
American pre-career foreign language teachers' education project has accumulated a lot of experience, by adopting which will be beneficial to our country. Based on American experience, new teachers' cultivating and training mode can be composed of the following parts, namely, refreshing ideas, establishing new policy, systematic module course, task-based teaching method,multi-dimensional internship,further education integrated with research and training as well as multi-interactive study community.
