百年大计,教育为本。我们有义务保证每一个贫困地区的孩子都得到受教育的机会,让他们接受公平的、高质量的科学文化教育,不让孩子输在起跑线上。现阶段我国农村地区与城市的教育水平差距巨大,想要逐步实现两地区教育发展水平的均等化仍需多方面的努力与探索。本文以黑龙江省城乡学校的体育教育为例,总结当地城乡学校体育教育的具体情况,针对落实教育均等化过程中出现的一系列问题给出相应的建议和对策。

Education is the important project. We have the obligation to ensure that every child in the poor ar-eas are getting the chance to receive education, so that they accept fair, high quality of scientific and cultural educa-tion, do not let the children lose at the starting line. At present, the gap between rural areas and urban education ishuge, and we want to realize the equalization of the level of education development in the two areas still need to beexplored. Taking the physical education in urban and rural schools in Heilongjiang Province as an example, this pa-per summarizes the specific circumstances of the local urban and rural school physical education, and gives the cor-responding suggestions and Countermeasures for the implementation of a series of problems.
