大学生法律意识培养与高校法律教学改革研究

College Students' legal awareness training and the reform of law education in Colleges

现如今,随着社会大众法制意识的日渐增长和当前国家法治体系的逐渐完善,整个社会范围内的法治意味渐趋浓厚,作为新时期法治社会的主体,培育高校学生的法律意识和法制观念对于规范大学生自身行为、构建宏观的法治社会体系以及高校自身的法制化建设进程都大有裨益。但就当前来看,大学生自身的法律意识不强、法治观念淡薄等诸多缺点都还是当前的一大困扰。本文针对当前大学生法律意识不强、法律知识欠缺、被动性守法而缺乏权利本位等现状,就当下高校的法律教学改革提出了有针对性的建议和意见。

Nowadays, with the increasing of the legal consciousness of the society and the gradual improvement of the current national legal system, the rule of law in the whole society is becoming more and more popular. As the main body of the new era of the rule of law, the legal awareness and legal concept of college students are very helpful to regulate the behavior of college students, build a macro social system and the legal system. But on the current point of view, the university students' awareness of the law is not strong, the rule of law, and many other shortcomings are still a big problem. This paper puts forward some suggestions and opinions on the current college students' legal awareness, lack of legal knowledge, lack of legal knowledge and the lack of the right standard.
