在新形势下,要进一步适应学生党员发展工作的新要求,提高学生党员的发展质量,就必须建立一套全面、客观、公正、科学的学生入党积极分子入党评价体系,才能真正把优秀的青年吸纳到党组织中来,增强民办高校党组织的力量。

In order to adapt to the new demand of developing student party members and improve the quality of student party members' development,we must establish a comprehensive,objective,fair and scientific evaluation system of joining the party for the activists,through which we can truly absorb excellent youth into the party and enhance the strength of the private universities party organization.
