摘要
班级管理工作是高校实现人才培养目标的重要载体。做好班级管理工作,认真研究高校辅导员班级管理工作的有效策略非常必要。文章结合自己多年的班级管理工作经验,提出了高校辅导员班级管理工作的几点思考,希望能为高校辅导员的班级管理工作提供一些有益参考与借鉴。
Class management is the important carrier that to realize the goal of cultivating talents in Colleges and universities.Do good class management, it is very necessary that to study the effective strategy of university counselor and class management.According to his many years of work experience for students, exploring the effective strategys of class management of university counselors, hope to provide some useful reference for the college class management.
