Science and technology is a'double-edged sword',in the social development brings benefits,but also a huge risk and negative effect. As a special group,the social responsibility of scientific and technical workers is a great influence. Through reflection and exploration of the social responsibility of Chinese and foreign scientific and technological workers,in order to explore the effective way to ensure the reasonable development of science and technology,promote the 'human- Science and technology-Society-Nature' four in one healthy and sustainable development.
