《管子·幼官》的兵学思想

Military Thought of Guan Zi· You Guan

《管子·幼官》体现了齐国称霸中原的战略思想并提出了部分具体战术,是《管子》军事思想的重要组成部分。在战略思想上,《幼官》宣扬因义而兵,惩罚不义之君。《幼官》对"义"的强调符合中原诸侯排斥异族的心理,适应当时的道德要求。同时,出于财力、物力、人力以及盟国关系的考虑,《幼官》意图不战而霸,体现出兵家的理想追求。在战术上,《幼官》要求从严治军,包括明确治军号令、领兵之将、军政建设和征战之卒。《幼官》强调用兵要重视计谋,知己知彼方可想出奇计。为了保证奇计得以实施,保守军事秘密非常重要。另外,《幼官》还提到顺时而动和武器装备等方面的内容。
