摘要
本文以新生代产业工人自我效能感为研究课题,在分析影响因素基础上,从政府、企业、教育、个体等方面探索培养新生代产业工人自我效能感的方法,提出完善社会福利待遇,树立学习榜样,给员工创造成功机会,加强职业教育培训,提升个体自我素质等策略建议。
The paper focuses on the self-efficacy for industrial workers of new generation. Based on the analysis, suggestions are put forward on government, enterprise, education and individuals : improving the social welfare, setting an example, creating chance of success for employees, strengthening vocational training and ascending individual self-quality.
