Recently, the phenomenon of college students living off campus presents increasingly fierce trend, and what followed is a serious challenge faced by student management. This paper is to analyze the causes of this phenomenon and the hidden trouble, carry out thorough exploration and put forward effective management measures, deal with the relevant issues reasonably and legally, and try to create a safe and comfortable environment for college students.
