摘要
高职英语口语竞赛是全国职业技能大赛中唯一的英语赛项,旨在深化高职高专英语教学改革和促进学生口语能力的提升。近年来,口语竞赛的"职业性"转向对高职英语教学的教学内容、教学方法、评估方式、师资队伍等提出了新的要求。本文基于语言评估理论,探讨高职英语口语大赛对英语课程教学整合和改革的影响,以优化英语口语教学。
English Speaking Contest is the sole contest of the National Vocational Skills Contest, with its aim on promoting English teaching reform among the higher vocational colleges and enhancing students' speaking skills. In the recent years, the joborientation of the English Speaking Contest has put forward new requirements for English teaching on the aspects of teaching content, teaching method, evaluation method and qualifications of the teaching staff, etc. This article aims at probing on the influence of the English Speaking Contest on the English teaching reform so as to promote Oral English teaching.
