摘要
吉林大学图书馆流通部依据自身工作实际和管理需要制订了流通部岗位积分管理体系,借此促进岗位考核的公平性和馆员发展的积极性,提高管理的科学性和实用性,从而提升流通部的整体发展水平。
Jilin University Library Circulation Department develop the integral management system according to their own working practice and management need, with the three evaluation of attendance points, Business integration and incentive points,management system architecture to support each other. Use it to promote the development of post appraisal fairness and librarian's enthusiasm, improve the management of scientific and practical, so as to enhance the overall level of development of the circulation department.
