阅读障碍人群的公共信息援助失配及福利损失研究

Study on the Mismatch of Public Information Assistance and Welfare Loss of People with Dyslexia

本文基于长春市和吉林市阅读障碍人员调查数据,对阅读障碍人群阅读障碍——公共信息援助失配的特征、匹配性以及福利损失及其原因的存在性进行了实证调研和分析。研究发现,当前公共图书馆提供的公共信息援助服务在硬件设施和软件服务内容方面均存在着明显的福利失配。从公共图书馆公共信息援助服务供给和阅读障碍人员需求两个层面提出具体解决举措。

In this paper, it analyzes the feature of the mismatch of public information assistance, the matching and welfare loss,and we did a research for the reasons of the existence and practical investigation, which based on the reading disorder personnel survey data of Changchun City and Jilin City. The study found that public information services that the current public libraries provide often face obvious welfare mismatch in terms of hardware facilities and software services, then, the specific measures are put forward from two aspects-the public library's public information service supply and the demand of reading barriers.
