摘要
目前,各大医院在新入职高校毕业学生党员档案管理方面都有待提高,加强高校毕业学生党员档案管理,提高医院党委对新入职高校毕业学生党员的管理水平是适应新时期医院基层党组织建设的需要,也是对学生党员极端负责的表现。本文从医院对高校毕业学生党员档案管理中的相关问题入手,在深入调研分析的基础上,提出对学生党员档案规范化管理的相关措施,进一步加强党员档案规范化管理,促进相关制度的形成。
It is to be improved in file managements of the new graduate-party-member employees in major hospitals at present. To meet the needs of the construction of the hospital basic level party organizations in the new era and take the responsibility for graduate party members, such measures should be taken as enhancing file managements and improving the management level of the Party committee of the hospital toward the graduate party members. In this article, questions about file management of graduate party members in hospital will be raised and discussed and measures of standardized management will be proposed in order to further promote the standardization of management method and system of file management of party members.
