摘要
教研工作的独特内涵,主要体现在通过专业的教学与教育研究,服务于中小学各学科基础教育,提升其综合教育教学质量。因此,教研人员必须同时兼备以"研"和"教"为基本能力支撑的职业素养。"省本"教研机构的存在,使得中央"国本"层面的教育方针能够落地生根,同时,也为下一层级的"市县教研"、"校本教研"和教师个人的"师本教研"搭建了有效的工作交往平台。
Professional teaching-oriented research was designed to direct the courses of elementary education and promote their teaching quality. So, research and teaching constructed the fundamental accomplishments for a teaching-oriented researcher. The institutions of province- based teaching research could enforce the national educational resolutions and provide the efficient working nets for local and individual teaching and research in school.
