Research on Practical Skills Training Mode of“Apprenticeship Studio”in Radio and Television Major

本文主要从地方高校的广播电视编导专业的实践技能培养模式为切入点,从"师徒制工作室"实践技能培养模式的必要性、内涵与构建形式、意义等三个方面进行深入研究,探寻较科学和合理的工作室管理模式和创新机制,进而培养优秀的应用型编导专业人才。

This paper explore a more scientific and rational management mode of the radio and television major taking the practice ability training mode as a starting point from three aspects including necessity of the 'apprenticeship studio', connotation and building form and significance, so as to train more professional personnel for producer director major.
