外籍民航专业留学生培养模式研究

On the Education Method for Foreign Students Majoring in Aviation

在我国国产飞机不断取得突破的背景下,为外国客户培养高端的民航专业人才成为民航院校需要积极探索的问题。本文在总结分析中国民航飞行学院已经实施的数批外籍留学生的培养模式后,针对留学生的不同学历层次,培养目标和其语言文化背景建立了相应的培养模式,为国家民航战略服务。

With the breakthroughs of China-made air crafts, Chinese aviation colleges should pay attention to establish feasible education system to support the demand for high-level aviation personnel from foreign customers. This study is based on the analysis of the latest education programs for foreign students majoring in aviation conducted by Civil Aviation Flight University of China.This study also attempts to implement a scientific and tailored education system, which considers various previous education levels,different learning objectives and multiple lingual-cultural backgrounds of the foreign students, to meet the demand of national aviation strategy.
