论高校二级学院提升青年志愿服务水平的有效途径

Report on Effective Ways to Enhance the Level of Youth Voluntary Service of Secondary Colleges in Universities

高校青年志愿服务在引导大学生培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,加强高校实践育人,增强学生学习动力等方面发挥着重要作用。但目前高校二级学院在开展青年志愿服务时普遍存在着内容和形式单一、专业性不强、激励机制不健全等问题。为此,高校必须加强基地化、项目化、专业化建设,完善保障激励措施,这样才能有效提升青年志愿服务水平。

Youth voluntary service plays a significant role in guiding students to cultivate and fulfill the socialist core values,strengthening the education of practice of universities, and enhancing students' motivations for studying. However, the current situation of youth voluntary service of secondary colleges in universities has the problems of the singleness in contents and forms, lack of specialization, and the imperfection of inspiriting mechanism in common. Therefore, it is a must for universities to strengthen the base, project-based and specialized construction, as well as to improve and ensure the inspiriting measures. If so, the level of youth voluntary service can be promoted effectively.
