高师院校非师外语专业实习实践基地创建研究——以吉林师范大学博达学院为例

Study on Non-normal Professional Foreign Language Practice Base in Normal University——A case study of Jilin Normal University

实践工作是高校培养创新人才的重要教学环节,是教学计划的重要组成部分,实习实践基地建设是实现这一教学计划和目标的重要途径。文章从分析高师院校非师外语专业建立实习实践基地的必要性出发,根据三年来的实际工作经验和体会,介绍建立实习实践基地首先需要进行修改培养方案、争取经费支持、广泛联系、签订协议等前期准备工作,然后应重视实习生动员工作、重视与实习单位沟通工作、跟进实习期间的每个环节来巩固实习基地,最后指出实习基地建设对学生撰写毕业论文、实现带薪实习及解决就业问题都有极大现实意义。

Practical work is to cultivate innovative talents of colleges and it is an important part of teaching programs; practice base construction is an important way to achieve teaching plans and objectives. The article analyzes the necessity of establishing nonnormal professional foreign language practice base in normal universities. Based on the three years of work experience and practical experience,the paper describes how to modify training program,find financial support,develop extensive contacts and sign an agreement. It attaches great importance to interns mobilization and communication to consolidate practice base,and finally indicates that the construction of practice base is of great significance for students to write theses and realize paid internships and solve the employment problem.
