摘要 翻转课堂使高职实体课堂由"知识传递"的教学转变为"促进学习"的教学,实现从重知识传授到重能力提升的转变,让个性化、自主式、互动式学习成为可能。同时,翻转课堂助力教学相长,给高职教师的专业化发展提供了新的平台。 Flipped classroom has changed the teaching-and-learning from'transfer knowledge'to'promote learning'in physical classes in Higher Vocational Education, on the other hand, it has turned the emphasis from knowledge transmission into ability promotion, which makes it impossible to learn individually, autonomously and interactively. At the same time, flipped class contributes to teachers and students, and also provides a new platform for teachers to develop their profession.
