摘要
以案例阐释的方式,提出地方院校在推进卓越人力资源管理师培养项目建设过程中,应结合自身办学资源禀赋特征,紧扣应用型人才培养这一关键问题,从专业改革与建设的系统性入手,围绕人才培养定位、课程体系、教学模式、学习模式、毕业论文撰写、实习与就业这一培养流程,构建闭环式人才培养体系,最大化实现各类培养举措的协同效应和扩散效应。
In the way of case illustrating, this article proposes that local colleges should combine with their own educational resources endowment characteristics in promoting training project process, focusing the critical issue of cultivation of applied talents,this article builds a closed-loop comprehensive reform system, starting with the systematicness of the specialty reform and construction, around talent culture orientation, curriculum system, teaching mode, learning mode, dissertation writing, internships and employment processes, and achieve the synergies and diffusion effects of reform initiatives in a maximize way.
