摘要
采用田野研究范式对全国175个村庄进行的调研发现,由于农村幼儿园教育者的教育观念陈旧、业务能力不足以及园内教学资源匮乏,导致当前农村学前教育存在严重的"小学化"倾向,表现为教学内容小学化,教学形式小学化以及日常活动小学化。为了改善农村学前教育"小学化"问题,本文从教育资源建设的视角提出了有针对性的解决途径。政府可以从教师培训、幼儿园玩教具、幼儿园图书以及幼儿园课程四个方面投放资金,丰富教育资源,提高教育质量。
Through the survey of the field research paradigm on 175 villages, it is found that of the old concepts of education and rural kindergarten education, the lack of professional ability and the teaching resources have caused serious'primarized'tendency in the current rural preschool education, in which the teaching contents, teaching forms and daily activities are shown. In order to improve the problem of'primarized'tendency in the rural pre-school education, the author puts forward some pertinent solutions from the perspective of the construction of educational resources. It is suggested that the government should make investment for the teachers' training, kindergarten playing AIDS and books including kindergarten curriculum to richen educational resources and improve the quality of education.
