Ryophyllumly Carrying Forward the Green Development Theory

绿色发展是十八届五中全会提出的五大发展理念之一,深化对绿色发展内涵、时代背景和发展路径的认识,是使绿色发展落地生根的必由之路。本文从人与自然关系角度揭示了绿色发展的真正内涵和实质,从现实必要性和紧迫性角度对绿色发展的时代背景进行了分析,从思想引领、生产、消费、制度、科技等五个方面探讨了路径选择,对各地贯彻五中全会精神,推进绿色发展具有一定指导作用。

This paper reveals the connotation and essence of Green Development from the standpoints of the relation between human- being and nature; analyzes the cultural background of Green development in terms of necessity and urgency; discusses the routing selection from the following several aspects: theory guiding,production, consumption, policies and technologies,and so on.All of these notions combined to come into leading effect in implementing the spirit of Eighteenth Session of the Fifth Plenary Session, boosting the process of progression of Green Development,simultaneously.
