摘要
课堂教学是实施素质教育的主渠道,而如今数学课堂一般多是重知识传授,轻情感教育,重给出结论,轻过程研究,强调接受学习,机械训练的现状,这严重阻碍了素质教育的实施。因此,培养学生的创新意识和精神,开发其创新潜力,提高其创新能力,是我们基础教育工作者面临的新课题,是一项艰巨、长久的系统工程。教师应从思想上转变观念,要以实现中华民族伟大复兴和实现"两个一百年"目标为着眼点,增强教育改革创新意识,不断丰富课堂教学内容,深度挖掘学生素质和潜能开发,进而改变教育工作者由传统的知识传授者、灌输者,变为引导学生主动学习的组织者、指导者和促进者。
