本文在阐述创新型外语人才的内涵、培养目标的基础上,从课程设置、教学手段和方法以及师资队伍建设3个维度探索河南高校创新型外语人才培养的现状,找出问题,讨论解决方法,以便为河南外语人才培养提供一定的思路。

The paper elaborates connotation and training target of the innovative foreign talents. The paper explores the status of innovative foreign talents cultivation in Henan based curriculum setting, teaching means and methods and teaching staff construction. Then, the paper finds out the problems and settles the problems, in order to offer some thoughts to better cultivate foreign talents in Henan.
