有社会便有纠纷,纠纷是社会进程中一种不可避免的现象,是一种社会常态。有纠纷就需要有防止和解决纠纷的机构、制度和程序。然而,随着我国经济的发展和平等权利主体权利意识的提高,民事纠纷层出不穷。因此,本文通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑归纳法等多种方法对民事纠纷的解决机制进行调查研究,并对完善我国民事纠纷解决机制进行设想。

There are social disputes, disputes is an inevitable social phenomenon in the process, is a kind of social norm. A dispute on the need to prevent and resolve disputes mechanism, system and procedure. However, with the development of China's economy and equal rights rights awareness, civil disputes emerge in an endless stream. Therefore, to investigate and study the mechanism to solve a variety of methods through literature, expert interviews, logical analysis of civil disputes, and to perfect the civil disputes in our country are envisaged.
