全科型小学教师的培养需要校外的教学实践基地作为支撑。百色学院在承担广西全科型小学教师培养的过程中,根据实际需要分别在城区优质小学、城乡农村小学和定向培养的县(区)教育局建设一批校外教学实践基地,并充分利用了教学实践基地的隐形教育资源、人力资源和现实教育教学场景等各种资源。
