摘要
互联网技术的发展为传统的法学教育提出了新的契机和挑战。当前法学高等教育存在培养方案模糊,教育模式僵化、单一,考核方式陈旧、狭隘的病灶。提升法学人才培养质量,应该创新法学教育模式,充分利用现代互联网的技术优势和信息优势,准确契合当代大学生法律素养和法律思维方式的培养需要,科学设计教学模式,有效利用案例教学等实践性手段,培养卓越的法律人才。
The development of internet technology provide chance and challenge to traditional legal education. Nowadays,there are many problems in legal higher education, such as ambiguity of cultivation schemes, singularity of educational pattern, obsolescence of evaluation system. We should take full advantage of internet technology to innovate legal educational pattern and to enhance legal teaching quality. We should utilize case teaching method to train students' legal thinking and legal literacy, in order to cultivate high-caliber legal talents.
