摘要
学校管理的核心是做好人的管理,通过实施教师"一日值班制",调动教师参与学校管理的积极性,改变学校原来单一的纵向管理方式,实现学校的民主管理,满足教师在学校工作中的存在感。
Learning management is the core of good management. We can arouse teachers' enthusiasm in school management by means of implementing the'one-day leadership'system. Through this way, we can change the original single vertical management mode, realize the democratic management, and content with teachers' sense of presence in the school work. New Curriculum Reform advocates'autonomy, cooperation, and exploration'ways of learning. It allows students to actively participate, be willing to explore, be diligent in operating,cultivate students' ability to collect and process information,acquire new knowledge,analyze and solve problems and exchanges and cooperation. And this is to change the traditional way of learning. As a weak rural school, combined with their actual development, Y School actively promotes the reform of the classroom. And it puts forward development goals of characteristic school, which is around the'self-education', and takes'self-management, self-learning, self-practice'as the core content. Y School constructs the'independent class', and cultivates students' self-learning ability.
