摘要
目的:探讨学业不良幼师生成就动机、自尊与学业自我效能感的关系。方法:对122名学业不良幼师生进行成就动机、自尊、学业自我效能感的问卷调查。结果:(1)学业不良幼师生成就动机、自尊、学业自我效能感总体发展水平偏低。(2)学业不良幼师生成就动机在学业警示类型、家庭经济收入、教养方式上存在显著差异。(3)学业不良幼师生学业自我效能感在父母文化程度、教养方式上存在显著差异。(4)学业不良幼师生学业自我效能感与成就动机呈正相关。(5)学业不良幼师生自尊状况在各变量上不存在显著差异,与学业自我效能感、成就动机相关不显著。结论:学业不良幼师生的成就动机对学业自我效能感有预测作用,而自尊与其他两者的关系有待进一步研究。
Objective:To explore the relationship among the achievement motivation,self-esteem and academic self-efficacy.Method:The Achievement Motivation Scale,Self-esteem Scale and Academic Self-efficacy Scale were used to 122 underachievement undergraduate of kindergarten teachers college for investigation. Results:(1)The overall development level of Achievement motivation,Self-esteem and Academic Self-efficacy of the underachievement undergraduate of kindergarten teachers college are lowly.(2)The achievement motivation of underachievement undergraduate of kindergarten teachers college showed very significant differences in Academic warning type,Family income, Parenting style.(3)The academic Self-efficacy of underachievement undergraduate of kindergarten teachers college showed very significant differences in Parents literacy,Parenting style.(4)The academic Self-efficacy of underachievement undergraduate of kindergarten teachers college had a positive effect on the achievement motivation.(5)The self-esteem of underachievement undergraduate of kindergarten teachers college showed no significant differences in Variables,and had no significant effect on Academic Self-efficacy and Achievement motivation. Conclusion:The achievement motivation of underachievement undergraduate of kindergarten teachers college had predictive effect on Academic Self-efficacy,but the effect of Self-esteem needs to be further studied.
