提高研究生生源质量方法实例探析

Method to Improve The Graduate Matriculate Quality Instance Analysis

随着近年来对研究生生源质量要求的提高,各高校在不断寻求提高研究生生源质量的方法,力图在研究生招生和培养各实践环节中,加强探索、寻求突破,以期提出更加有效的提高研究生生源质量的方法。本文以笔者所在学院的研究生招生工作为实例,详细分析如何通过加强宣传、有效组织、政策激励、创新培养等一系列政策措施的施行,有针对性地提高研究生生源质量,并取得了一定的实效。

With the continuous improvement of the quality requirements of graduate students in recent years, universities are constantly looking for ways to improve the quality of graduate students, trying to explore and seek a breakthrough in the practice of graduate student enrollment and training.The purpose is to put forward a more effective way to improve the quality of graduate students.In this paper, taking the work of the Institute student enrollment as an example, we carried on a detailed analysis of how to strengthen propaganda, effective organization, policy incentives and innovative culture and a series of policies and measures, aimed to improve the quality of graduate students, and had achieved some results.
