自动化专业教学质量监控系统的研究与实践

Study and Practice of the Teaching Quality Monitoring System for Automation Major

随着目前社会上众多行业的自动化生产技术的不断提高,对自动化专业人才的需求也就越来越迫切,如何才能培养出高质量的自动化专业人才是我们自动化学者面临的一个重要问题。优秀的人才培养直接关系到国民经济的发展。高质量人才培养的关键是建立起一套完整的、行之有效的教学质量监控与评价系统。本文结合长春工业大学自动化专业的特点,构建了"全面监控、全程监控、全员监控"教学质量监控体系,提出并实施了"院、系、生"立体化教学质量监督机制,建设了毕业生跟踪信息库,提升了自动化专业的教学管理水平和人才培养质量。

With the improvement of current automatic production technology in many industries, society more and more demands for automation professionals urgently. How to train high quality automation professionals in automation is an important problem that scholars are facing, training people is related to the development of national economy directly. The key of training high quality people is to establish a comprehensive and effective monitoring and evaluating system of teaching quality. With combining characteristics of automation in Changchun University of Technology, this paper constructs an overall teaching quality monitoring system and proposes a three-dimensions teaching quality supervising mechanism of college, major and students, and establishes informations tracking library, it also enhances the management level of automation and the quality of talent people cultivation.
