基于建构主义学习理论的高职酒店专业双语教学模式探究——以《前厅服务与管理》为例

Exploration for the Hotel Vocational Bilingual Teaching Model based on Constructivist Learning Theory——Taking "Front Office Service and Management" as an Example

近年来,国内酒店业对双语人才需求量猛增。因此,在课堂上,我们更应顺应行业趋势,注重对国际型酒店人才的培养。《前厅服务与管理》这门课的专业实践性强,双语教学应用比例大。本文针对双语教学目前的现状和问题,探索更为合理的教学方式、方法。

In recent years, domestic hotel industry surges in demand for bilingual personnel. Therefore, in the classroom, we should comply with industry trends, pay attention to the cultivation of international hotel-type talent. Take the course 'Front Office Service and Management' as an example, most of the units are suitable for practice and bilingual teaching. But the current teaching method which is widely used is not mature. With some problems exist, the author tries to explore a rational way of bilingual teaching.
