摘要 "卓越工程师教育培养计划"注重工科学生的工程实践,该计划的重点是培养学生的创新意识和实际动手能力。本文借助长春工业大学电气与电子工程学院自动化专业的"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的项目工程,仔细考察并研究了工程实践教育教学中实际应用型杰出人才的培养方案。针对自动化专业,专门构建了"四层次、三结合"一体化实践教学体系,提出并实施了"以学生为中心,以改革教育为目标,以培养创新精神和实践能力为主导"的多方面、多元化的实践教育教学方案,组建了学校与企业之间专业互补的具有高层次的实践教育教学平台。对"卓越计划"背景下的实践教学进行了探索与实践。 'Outstanding engineers training plan' is a project which is paying attention to the engineering practice of the engineering students, cultivating talents with innovative spirit and practicing the ability as the key point. In this paper, based on 'outstanding engineers training plan' project of the automation major in Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineering of Changchun University of Technology, examining and studying the actual applied in engineering practice education teaching outstanding talents training plan. Combining with the characteristics of automation, the'four levels, three combination'integration practical teaching system is constructed specially, the'taking students as the center, aiming to reform education, to cultivate the innovative spirit and practice ability as the leading factor'in many aspects, diversified practice education teaching plan, formed by professional complementary between school and enterprise has a high level of practice education teaching platform. Under the background of the practice of 'excellence initiative' has carried on the exploration and practice of teaching.
