摘要
乡村的生态环境和社会环境使多数学校在教师发展、课程结构、内部管理、发展规划及文化构建等方面存在着问题。校长作为学校教育的引领者,应立足办学实际,关注乡土特色,在促进学校发展、调适外部环境等方面形成有效的策略,以加速乡村教育的稳步前行。
The ecological and social environment has caused a series of problems in rural schools,such as teacher development,course structure,internal management,development planning and cultural construction.As a leader,headmasters should base on the reality and focus on local characteristics.Effective countermeasures should be formed in promoting the development of schools and adapting the external environment in order to accelerate the steady progress of rural education.
