"双一流"建设战略给地方高校学科建设改革发展带来难得机遇和巨大挑战,地方高校应扎根地方,服务区域经济社会发展需求,立足特色,依托优势学科,寻求技术应用突破,以国家实施"双一流"建设战略为发展契机,重塑使命,分层次、分阶段打造学科生态系统,以"引育学科人才和强化学科管理"为抓手,推进学校学科整体水平的快速提升,力争早日实现进入"双一流"建设行列的发展目标。

'Double first-class'construction strategy brings rare opportunities and great challenges to the reform and development of discipline construction in local colleges and universities.Local university should take root in places,service areas economic and social development needs,based on the characteristic,relying on the advantage disciplines to seek technology breakthrough,according to the construction of national implementation of the'double first-class'strategy for the development of an opportunity to reshape the mission,hierarchical ecosystem in phases to build disciplines,to'bring nurtures talent and strengthen disciplines management'as the gripper,promote the overall level of school discipline of rapid ascension,strive to realize into the construction of'double top'development goals.
