强化政治功能 发挥载体作用 不断提升基层党的组织力

Intensify the Role of Politics as a Carrier and Make Progress in Hoisting the Organization Capability of the CCP Grass-roots Units

党的十九大把加强党的基层组织建设作为提高党的政治领导力、思想引领力、群众组织力、社会号召力,永葆党的强大战斗力的重要内容,长春中医药大学党委结合自身实际,通过政治引领、配强力量、建强阵地、需求导向为路径,对新时代全面提升基层党的组织力的方式方法进行了探索与研究,有效提升了基层党的组织力。

The 19th national Congress of the CCP considered the construction of grass-roots units organization as the principle content to improve their ability to lead politically,guide through theory,mobilize by mass organization,aspire the public influentially and to forever maintain their great vitality.The Changchun University of Chinese Medicine combined the theory with practice.The ways of enhancing the organization capability of the CCP grass-roots units were explored and studied comprehensively in the paths of leading politically,strengthening back-ups in both soft and real,meeting demands orientally.These acts promoted the organization capability of CCP significantly.
