高校科研机构党组织应强化“五个意识”

科研机构党组织作为高校党组织结构中承上启下的重要环节,是教育和团结广大科研人员的政治核心,是党在高校科研、管理第一线的战斗堡垒。科研机构党组织作为党在高校的全部战斗力的组成部分,其在科研机构全面建设中的作用发挥至关重要。为使科研机构党组织的作用得以更好发挥,应强化'五个意识',即党组织的政治核心意识,科研工作的中心意识,党组织的服务意识,尊重知识、人才的主体意识,高远的发展意识。

As an important link among the Party organizations of colleges and universities,the Party organization of scientific institutions is not only the political core of researchers,but also the fighting bastion of the research and management of the Party.The Party organization of scientific institutions is an integral part of the Party of colleges and universities,it also play an important role in the overall construction of scientific research institutions.Based on years of work experience in Party organization of scientific institution,the author deeply understands that in order to better play the role of Party organization in scientific institutions,the'Five Consciousness'should be enhanced,including the strengthening the consciousness of political core of Party organization,strengthening the central consciousness of scientific work,strengthening the service awareness of Party organization,strengthening the subjective consciousness of respecting to knowledge and talents,and strengthening the consciousness of development.
