摘要
关注教育不能忽视对班级管理的研究。优秀的班级管理理念能够作为班级运营的良好支撑,其工作方法、方式和教育理念都将影响学生的成长,甚至关系学生一生。'娱教'班级管理突出以学生为中心,运用'以人为本'的管理理念,采用科学有效的管理方法,让学生全面发展成为科学管理的重点。本文笔者着重'娱教'策略理论基础、现阶段学校班级管理的现状,研究和论述班主任班级管理'娱教'策略方面问题。
If we pay attention to education,we cannot ignore the study of class management.Excellent class management concept can be used as a good support for class operation.Its working methods,methods and educational concepts will affect students’growth and even affect students’life.The class management of'entertainment teaching'focuses on students,applies the management concept of'people-oriented'and adopts scientific and effective management methods,so that students’all-round development becomes the focus of scientific management.In this paper,the author focuses on the theoretical basis of'entertaining teaching'strategy,the current situation of school class management,and studies and discusses the problems of'entertaining teaching'strategy in class management of class teachers.
