校长引领教师专业发展的有效策略

摘要 学校是教师实现专业发展的关键场所,促进教师的专业成长、实现专业发展是学校的工作重心。校长对促进教师专业发展具有不可或缺的引领作用。教师的专业发展有其特殊性,引领教师走专业发展之路,对校长的专业素质有较高的要求,其所涉及的问题和困难不能仅靠行政命令的方式来解决。校长的引领不等于专家的引领,两者有很大的区别。对校长引领教师专业发展进行研究,进而构建校长引领教师专业发展的策略,具有十分重要的意义,有助于实现促进教师队伍建设和推进素质教育多方面共同发展。 School is the key place of teachers’professional development,and promoting teachers’professional development is the focus of all aspects of school management.As the top leader of the school,the principal plays an indispensable leading role in promoting the professional development of teachers.The professional development of teachers has its special place,Leading teachers’professional development is a job with high technical content,It contains a set of problems that cannot be solved by executive order alone.There is a big difference between a principal’s guidance and an expert’s guidance,studying the principal’s important position in teacher’s professional development,and then constructing the principal’s strategy of leading teacher’s professional development is helpful to the common development of teachers’team and quality education in our country.
