产教融合背景下高职美术教师师资队伍建设的研究与实践

Research and practice on the Construction of Art Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges under the background of the Integration of Industry and Education

在国家经济转型升级发展的大背景下,社会对应用型人才的需求在不断提升。为能满足市场对应用型人才的需求,高等职业教育的重要性日益凸显,高职教育已经成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分。培养应用型人才的关键在于学校是否具有一支既具备理论知识教学能力,又具备开展产学研合作教学能力的师资队伍。本文通过对产教融合背景下高职美术教师师资队伍建设现状和相关问题进行分析和探讨,提出了加强产教融合师资队伍建设的具体措施。

Under the background of national economic transformation,the social demand for applied talents is continuously increasing.In order to meet the market demand for applied talents,the importance of higher vocational education has become increasingly prominent.Higher vocational education has become an important part of higher education in China.The key to training application-oriented talents lies in whether the school has a teaching team with both theoretical knowledge teaching ability and cooperative teaching ability.Based on the analysis and discussion of the current situation and related problems of the construction of art teachers in higher vocational colleges under the background of the integration of industry and education,this paper puts forward some concrete measures to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff of the integration of industry and education.
