The rapid development of vocational education and financial industry has put forward higher requirements for financial personnel training,the rapid development of vocational education and financial industry puts higher demands on the cultivation of financial talents,in order to implement the development concept of modern vocational education,promote the stable and healthy development of the financial industry,we should explore the implementation of financial cultural education in the cultivation of financial talents in higher vocational colleges,innovate the carrier of financial cultural education,establish a three-dimensional comprehensive quality education system,highlight the leading role of financial culture in students’professional development and career development,thereby,the employment orientation and quality education will be closely integrated,the professional construction will be closely integrated with the financial cultural education practice,and the quality of financial personnel cultivation will be comprehensively improved.
