摘要 针对于传统视频监控系统的一些局限性,本论文介绍了一种将嵌入式视频分析处理技术与3G网络相联结的无线网络视频监控方案.本方案主要以嵌入式技术和3G网络的发展为依托,运用i.MX27微处理器和覆盖率广且发展成熟的3G网络,对视频监控系统的整体设计、监控前端的硬件和软件设计进行阐述.同时,对视频数据的采集、视频压缩编码和视频数据无线传输过程作了介绍.本方案设计的系统具有灵活、稳定等优点,可在地理位置复杂、不宜人员现场看管的区域广泛应用. Aiming at breaking the limitations of the traditional video monitoring system,this paper introduce a wireless network video monitoring scheme based on the combination of embedded video processing technology and 3G network. Under the development of embedded technology and 3G network,this scheme mainly uses both i. MX27 microprocessor and the wide-coverage and developed 3G network to introduce the design of the video monitoring system as well as the monitoring front-end hardware and software. At the same time, this paper introduces the video signal acquisition, compression coding and wireless transmission. With such advantages of flexibility, stability,etc,this system can be widely applied in the area where the geographical location is complex and not suitable for people to take care.
