城市复兴视野下的长春一汽历史文化街区保护利用研究

Protection and Using Research on the FAW Historical and Cultural Blocks under the Perspective of Urban Renaissance

改革开放以来,我国城市化进程加速,城市不断向外扩张,早先位于城市边缘的一些工业厂区逐渐被纳入了城市中心区.随着经济结构调整,服务业逐渐成为城市中心的主导产业,城市工业大多迁移到郊区,位于长春市的长春第一汽车制造厂就是其中的典型,城市的转型发展必须要处理好这些位于城市中心区的工业遗产.本文借鉴欧美国家城市复兴的理论和实践,以期对长春一汽历史文化街区的保护和再利用提供可行性的策略,重塑街区活力.

Since the reform and opening up,China' s urbanization process accelerated,cities continue to expand outwards,some earlier industrial factories which located in the edge of the city were gradually incorporated into the urban central area; As the economic structure adjustment,the service industry has become the dominant industry in city center,urban industry mostly migrated to the suburbs,the FAW is one of the typical paradigm which located in the green garden district in Changchun,we have to deal with the city' s industrial heritages in the city' s transformation and development. This article from the theory and practice of European and American countries urban Renaissance to help the FAW history and culture block with the feasible conservation and reuse strategies,reshaping the block energy.
