摘要
本文针对荧光信号采集的问题,分别在光电探测器、放大器、数模转换器和单片机方面进行了研究.通过对荧光信号采集电路的研究,希望荧光光谱采集系统能更加微型化和集成化.
With the wide application of semiconductor materials,the research of the photoelectric effect is unceasingly thorough. Furthermore,the research of the fluorescence spectra of semiconductor materials is of great significance.in this paper,the problems of the fluorescence signal acquisition are studied in the aspects of photodetector,amplifier,digital to analog converter and single chip microcomputer. Based on the research of the fluorescent signal acquisition circuit,I hope that the system will be more miniaturized and integrated.
