建筑类高校招生-培养-就业三个环节是密不可分的,建立有效的联动机制是高校健康发展的重要措施.本文分析了招生-培养-就业三者之间互相依托、互相制约的关系,结合中国经济新常态下城镇建设发展的新动向,从加强就业监测科学专业预警、遵循优胜劣汰规则动态管理专业设置、尊重学生个性发展需求打破专业之间的高墙壁垒、实施宽进严出的人才培养模式、全方位多角度深化校企深度合作实现供需对接培养等多个角度探索加强三者联动的方式方法,为提高高校人才培养质量提供可行性创新思路.

The three links of Enrollment-Training-Employment are inseparable,and establishing effective linkage mechanism is an important measure for the healthy development of colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the relationship between Enrollment-Training-Employment three rely on each other and mutual restraint,combined with the new trend of urban construction development in the new economic norm Chinese,from strengthening early warning and monitoring science follow the survival of the fittest employment rules of dynamic management of professional settings,respect students' personality development needs to break the walls between professional barriers,the implementation of wide strict training mode,the full range of multi angle to deepen the school enterprise cooperation to achieve the docking of supply and demand and other aspects to explore the training methods to strengthen the linkage three ways to improve the quality of personnel training to provide the feasibility of ideas.
