摘要 教育政策在高等职业教育发展过程中担当了主体角色,发挥了主导性作用。而任何一种教育政策的制定,其初衷都是为了解决其发展过程中所遇到的问题,从而充分发挥高等职业教育的办学职能。通过对改革开放40年来高等职业教育相关政策与决策的系统分析和梳理,深化对高等职业教育政策发展过程的认识和理解。 Educational policy plays a leading role in the development of higher vocational education.It plays a leading role in the development of higher vocational education.It is well known that the original intention of any kind of education policy is to solve the problems encountered in its development process and to give full play to the school-running function of higher vocational education.Through the analysis and review of policies and decision-making related to higher vocational education since the 40 years of reform and opening-up,the paper is mainly intended to strengthen teachers’understanding of the development process of higher vocational education policy.
